Emilia Cooper possesses extensive experience in prospect research and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Prospect Research at the University of California, Davis since February 2011, after progressing through roles such as Assistant Director and Senior Prospect Analyst. Previously, Emilia held the position of Research Strategist at the University of Washington from February 2005 to February 2011.
