Rocky R. Twitchell

Rocky R. Twitchell is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in martial arts, self-defense instruction, and community service. Currently a Co-Author for martial arts publications at Elite Publications since January 2024 and a Striking Coach at Legacy Muay Thai since June 2022, Rocky also serves as a Self Defense Instructor at COLDCASETEAM.COM and a Team Advisor for Team Froglogic. Involved with Veterans For Child Rescue since January 2020 as a community volunteer, Rocky has a longstanding association with Black Out Fight Gear INC, where the role of Top Sales Associate has been held since December 2009. Additionally, Rocky has contributed as a former Self Defense Instructor for UC Davis Police and has been recognized as an inductee in the Masters Hall of Fame in June 2015. An active security officer at Red Lion Hotels since June 2012, Rocky continues to enhance knowledge and skills through various educational programs in boxing, Muay Thai, and homeland security.
