Angie Chang

Angie Chang is an experienced healthcare professional holding the title of Administrative Director of Population Health Management & Value Based Care at UCI Health since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Data Analytics & Quality Improvement at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center, where Angie restructured the Quality Management department and developed the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program. While at CHOC Children's Hospital, Angie managed the Performance Measurement Department, collaborating with leadership to develop metrics and implement a mobile data collection tool for patient experiences. Angie also held various roles at UCI Medical Center and Hoag Memorial Hospital, focusing on performance improvement and data analysis, notably earning recognition for best practices in patient safety. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino.
