Melissa Jimenez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and automation. Currently serving as Supervisor of ITSM & Automation at UCI Health since May 2020, Melissa has previously held key positions including ServiceNow Business Analyst Consultant at UC San Diego Health and Service Desk & Access Provisioning Supervisor at UC Irvine Health. Additional experience includes overseeing service desk operations at St. Joseph's Health System and security management at Dell Perot Systems, as well as earlier roles in technical support and accounting systems analysis. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Tecnologico de Colima, Mexico.
