Shetal Desai

Shetal Desai is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in pharmacy and business strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Business Strategy and Population Health at UCI Health since January 2022, Shetal previously held the position of President at Iridescent Resolve, INC from March 2018 to January 2022. Prior roles include National Account Scientific Director at Novartis, Senior Director of Clinical Account Management at OptumRx, Assistant Professor at USC School of Pharmacy, and Director of the Clinical Authorization Center at USC Norris Cancer Hospital.
