International Peer Coach For Marshall College at UC San Diego

Ailana Nurgali is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur currently serving as President of The Women's Network at UC San Diego, where initiatives focus on empowering female students through strategic programming. As Co-Founder and Chief of Operations at Alama Educational Technologies, Ailana is dedicated to enhancing student success through innovative solutions. Ailana also established the UC Kazakh Society, uniting Kazakhstani students across the UC system. Additional roles include International Peer Coach for Marshall College, Laboratory Assistant in the Welsbie Lab, and former Vice President of Philanthropy for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity. Ailana is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology and Business Psychology at UC San Diego.
