Alexia Francisco

Alexia Francisco is currently an Administrative Intern for the Department of Physics at UC San Diego since February 2024 and serves as the VP of Membership and VP of Administration for UCSD Alpha Kappa Psi since December 2023. Previous experience includes a Design Engineering Internship with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers from May 2023 to June 2024 and roles as a Peer Facilitator and Program Assistant at UC San Diego's Jacobs School of Engineering from February 2023 to September 2023. Alexia also completed a Software Engineer Internship at Intuit from November 2021 to July 2022 and participated in a Women In STEM Social Innovation Project. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at UC San Diego, coursework began in August 2022 following graduation from Santa Teresa High School in June 2022.
