Courtney Giordano

Courtney Giordano serves as the Associate Chancellor at UC San Diego, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives and advising the chancellor and leadership team. With a robust background in global education and international relations, Courtney has held various roles at UC San Diego, such as Senior Director of Strategic Global Initiatives and Director of Global Education, focusing on comprehensive internationalization and academic mobility. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at the San Diego Diplomacy Council and Program Associate at Meridian International Center, managing key programs related to the U.S. Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program. Courtney holds a Master of Arts in History from San Diego State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Political Science from UC San Diego.
