Atul Wayase

Atul Wayase is a seasoned human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Atul held the position of Assistant Manager HR at a confidential organization from May 2015 to the present, where responsibilities included training and development, employee welfare, engagement, discipline, salary processing, performance management, appraisal, and statutory compliance, as well as liaising with local government bodies. Atul holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Pune University, completed from 2008 to 2010, and obtained an SSC from Shri Sant Muktabai School in 2002.
