V Girinarayanan

V Girinarayanan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. V began their career in the telecommunications industry as the RAN incharge and later became the Assistant General Manager at Reliance Communications. V successfully created and maintained new clusters, managed sites, and led teams to ensure network uptime and KPI compliance.

V then joined Bharti Airtel Ltd as the Deputy General Manager, where they headed the data operations of the Chennai network and provided infrastructure and backbone network services for GSM, ILD, NLD, and ISP networks. V also managed projects like NOC consolidation.

Later, they worked with Uninor (Telenor) as the Head of Operations for Network and IT in Tamil Nadu, where they executed network operations and maintenance services, coordination with OEM vendors, and hardware and software upgradation.

Moving forward, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as the Head of Wireless Service Assurance, driving business growth and overseeing operations in South and East India. V handled network integration, capex planning, and improved network quality and availability.

V Girinarayanan then worked with Ericsson as the Head of Wireless GNOC, where they exceeded goals through effective task prioritization. V functioned as the FL Assurance Head of Operations for Pan India Network, implemented tools for simplifying operations, and designed automation solutions.

V also worked as the Head of Operations for TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited India, responsible for contract fulfillment, project management, business development, and operations. V developed and provided telecom and IoT solutions, implemented automation and data analytics, and improved CSAT.

Prior to their current position as the Head of Electronics R&D at UCAL Ltd., V Girinarayanan was a Telecom and IT consultant, where they provided expert advice and guidance in the industry.

Throughout their career, V Girinarayanan has showcased strong leadership skills, the ability to handle complex projects, and a focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

V Girinarayanan earned a BE degree in Electronics and communication from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a B degree in Engg (Electronics and Communications) from R.E.C during the same period. Prior to these degrees, they completed a Diploma in Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at THANTHAI HANS ROVER INISTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PERAMBALUR, from 1986 to 1989.
