Edmundo Silva is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and development. Currently serving as Director de Pessoas at Ucall since January 2024, Edmundo previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Banco Millennium Atlântico and TOP BRANDS ANGOLA, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR areas and reporting directly to the CEO. Prior roles included HR Consultant for E.L. Silva, HR Manager at Grupo Zahara, and HR Development Practitioner at Griner Engenharia S.A. Edmundo's educational background includes an Honours degree in Human Resource Management & Development from The International University of Management in Namibia and Ensino Médio from São Teotónio de Angola.
