Inês Menano currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Ucall since March 2025. Prior to this role, Inês held the position of Operational Excellence & CX Manager at MÉTODO Management Consulting, Lda from October 2022 to March 2025, where significant projects included strategic advisory for a government entity in Angola and supporting a World Bank financing initiative. Inês has also gained experience at EDP from June 2020 to June 2022 overseeing customer service operations in the B2B sector, and previously worked at NTT DATA Europe & Latam as a Business Engagement Manager focused on the healthcare and public sectors. Earlier experience includes a role at KPMG Portugal as a Manager in the telecommunications sector, where Inês developed a strategic plan for the Communications Regulatory Authority of Angola.
