Stephanie Franklin serves as the Senior Vice President at UCAN in Chicago, a role undertaken since September 2011, where oversight of the Teen Parenting Service Network's daily operations and financial stability is paramount. Previously, as the TPSN Program Director, responsibilities included managing clinical programs such as therapy and family support services. Prior to UCAN, Stephanie held the position of Child Welfare Manager at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center from February 1990 to September 2011, overseeing teen parenting and independent living programs while managing a multi-million dollar budget. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of St. Francis.
