Brittany Gockley

Brittany Gockley is an accomplished operations and supply chain professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at UCAN, Brittany developed the company’s first bottoms-up demand forecast, enhancing accuracy and alignment between Finance, Marketing, and Sales, while significantly improving inventory turnover. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of Planning at Aterian, where Brittany led sales forecasting and inventory operations, and as Director of Supply Chain Planning, overseeing S&OP processes during multiple acquisitions and product launches. Previous roles at Westinghouse Lighting and Burlington Stores focused on eCommerce strategy and inventory management, driving significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management, Retail Management, and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
