Brent Forbord is an experienced customer service management professional with a strong background in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving at UCare since March 2018, Brent focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a high-performing team. Previously, Brent held senior management roles at Broadcom Limited and Brocade Communications Systems, overseeing technical support operations and ensuring customer satisfaction for enterprise-level clients. Additional experience includes positions at McData Corporation, Computer Network Technology, and Northstar Matrix Serv, where Brent developed skills in customer support management, employee development, and technical troubleshooting. Brent holds a Computer Systems Degree from Anoka Technical College and several certifications in support management and network technology.
