Dana Sorensen

Dana Sorensen is an experienced enterprise analyst currently focusing on customer experience at UCare since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dana worked at Wells Fargo from April 2018, holding various positions including Investigator and Compliance Analyst, where responsibilities included reporting duties and process optimization, as well as significant contributions as a Data Analyst & Investigator. This role involved end-to-end testing for the Enterprise Allegation Platform and conducting ad-hoc analyses for financial compliance. Previous experience includes roles such as Account Manager at Dart Trans Inc., Marketing Intern at Ken Vance Automotive, and positions in sales and logistics at Gander Mountain and Channel Construction Inc. Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics and International Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed in 2017.
