Mason Smith

Mason Smith, MBA, currently serves as President of UPride, a 2SLGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, and holds the position of Technical Project Manager at UCare since September 2019. Previously, Mason worked as a Senior Access and Release Management Analyst and Access and Release Management Analyst at UCare. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Q Consulting, Inc. and Gravie, where Mason focally mentored leadership on project management and operational processes. Mason's early career involved roles at Express Scripts, Digineer, and Park Nicollet Health Services, where responsibilities included facilitating system communication, improving patient care processes, and implementing quality tracking initiatives. Mason holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and dual Bachelor’s degrees from North Central University in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies and International Relations and Affairs.
