Shelly Duncan

Shelly Duncan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, business analysis, and technical leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager in the Program Management Office at UCare since May 2006, Shelly has successfully organized project portfolios, identified resource requirements, and tracked project milestones. Previously, roles included Project Manager, Technical Portfolio Lead, and Technical Project Lead, wherein Shelly managed development projects such as the ICD-10 program and ancillary applications for MnSure implementation.
