Theresa Pazdernik

Theresa Pazdernik has over 15 years of experience in project and program management, with a current role as Product Manager at UCare since June 2015, where previous titles include Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Prior to UCare, Theresa held various positions at MPC, including VP of Corporate Development and Director of Compliance, EHSS, from September 2008 to June 2015. Earlier career experience involves serving as On-Site Facility Manager at NightOwl DMS from April 2001 to August 2007. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, completed Project Management certification at the University of St. Thomas, and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
