Wade Blucker

Wade Blucker currently serves as a Voice of Customer Senior Analyst at UCare, a position held since September 2017, where key responsibilities include leading the Voice of the Customer program and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer-centric initiatives. Prior experience at UCare encompasses roles as a Customer Experience Specialist and Appeals and Grievances Coordinator. Earlier professional experiences include serving as Minister of Students & Christian Education and Youth Ministry Intern at Mapleridge Church. Wade holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies, both from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
