Paul B. is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in product engineering and application delivery. Current role as Head of Product Engineering at UCAS commenced in February 2023, following a tenure as Senior Manager at Three UK, where responsibility included Site Reliability Engineering and customer diagnostics tooling. Previous leadership roles include Head of QA at Ledger, Director of Engineering at Capita, and Senior Director of Global Application Delivery at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Paul also has extensive experience with Visa, where oversight included analysis, development, QA, and release teams for the Visa Europe payment ecosystem, and at Sopra Steria, where leadership was provided for the UK QA/Test business unit. Early career involvement with Orange as Head of Testing and Assurance and as a Telecommunications Engineer with the Royal Air Force further solidified technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
