Md. Burhanul Islam currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager at উপায় (UCB Fintech Company Limited) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Burhanul was with Trust Axiata Digital Limited, where Md. Burhanul held the positions of Head of Education Payments, Merchant & B2B, and Head of School Banking from September 2021 to August 2023. In September 2021, Burhanul briefly worked as a Consultant for Distribution, Performance Management & Sales System at Saad & Savory (FMCG). Burhanul's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Grameenphone Ltd, where Md. Burhanul progressed from Area Manager to Regional Head between May 2013 and June 2021, witnessing the impact of Covid-19 on business operations. Burhanul began their career as an Officer in Finance & Accounts at Kallol Group of Companies in 2006. Academically, Burhanul holds a BSS (Honours) and MSS in Economics from Rajshahi University, and an MBA in Marketing from Northern University, Bangladesh. Additional educational qualifications include an HSC from New Govt Degree College and an SSC from Harimohon Govt High School.
