Brett Pitzele

Brett Pitzele is an Area Training Specialist at UCB, responsible for onboarding and developing new hires through virtual and in-field coaching while leading regional workshops that enhance sales agility and market adaptation. Notable achievements include winning the 2023 Pinnacle Award for top national sales performance and being selected for the Emerging Leaders Program. Previous roles included Senior Executive Provider Liaison at UCB, where Brett promoted an epilepsy portfolio and consistently exceeded KPIs, as well as positions at Astellas Pharma US, Zogenix, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Endo International plc, accumulating extensive experience in specialty sales and account management across various therapeutic areas. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
