Catherine Schaumans

Catherine Schaumans has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Researcher at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where they worked on their PhD and guided students for their dissertations. Catherine also served as an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University, teaching courses in micro economics and health economics. Catherine then transitioned to the corporate world, working as a Researcher in Micro-Economics at Nationale Bank van België and as a PPO Analyst at Touring Assurances/Touring Verzekeringen (TATV), where they developed pricing and fraud models. Catherine has also held various roles at UCB, including Data Analyst, Talent Analytics Project Lead, Insight Finder Lead, and most recently, as a Team Lead for Talent Data & Insights and R&D Analytics. In their roles at UCB, Catherine focused on data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
