Cathy Vandenbril

Cathy Vandenbril is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and human resources. Currently serving as the Enterprise Risk Management Lead at UCB since November 2018, Cathy also fulfills the role of Chief of Staff for Legal, focusing on budget management, team development, and process efficiencies. As a sustainability ambassador, Cathy champions environmental responsibility within the organization. Previously, Cathy held the position of Global Associate HR Director, acting as a strategic HR business partner for IT and Global Legal Affairs at an executive level. Cathy’s earlier experience includes various HR roles at Proximus from January 2007 to January 2022 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Vedior from September 2004 to January 2007. Cathy holds a degree in Psychology with distinction from Ghent University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
