Christophe van Dijck

Christophe Van Dijck is an AI Solution Architect at Sopra Steria, specializing in AI-driven SmartSearch solutions with a focus on Generative AI and Computer Vision. Additionally, Christophe serves as the Digital Technology Tech Lead at UCB, driving the implementation of genAI solutions in pharmaceutical development. Previously, Christophe led the Competence Centre for Computer Vision at Ordina, providing consultancy in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Data Science while disseminating technical expertise within the OptimAI Practice. With a strong background in research coordination and team leadership at Materialise, Christopher has managed projects in craniomaxillofacial surgery and advanced algorithmic research. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from KU Leuven, alongside Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ghent University.
