Constance LEBRUN is a skilled scientist with a strong background in pharmaceutical research and purification processes. Experienced as a study engineer at LFB, Constance contributed to the purification of an IgG standard and gained expertise in radial chromatography and Sequential Multi-Column Chromatography (SMCC). Prior roles at STALLERGENES GREER included the development and optimization of purification processes for FDA-approved critical reagents and recombinant proteins, alongside initial research experience in allergen purification. Since October 2017, Constance has been employed at UCB as a scientist, focusing on optimizing purification steps for PEGylated Fab through Design of Experiments (DoEs) and gaining familiarity with analytical techniques such as HPLC and ELISA. Constance holds a BSc and MSc in Health Technologies from Université de Bordeaux, both achieved with honors.
