Danya K. serves as the Global Patient Engagement & Advocacy Lead for Epilepsy at UCB since November 2020, focusing on integrating patient insights into clinical development activities across various therapeutic areas. Prior to UCB, Danya K. was the Patient Partnering Manager at Inspire, where responsibilities included managing online health support communities. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Client Development at The Avoca Group, leading business development efforts in clinical trial quality improvement. Danya K. also held the position of Senior Conference Producer at the Institute for International Research USA, organizing numerous events in the healthcare and biopharmaceutical sectors. Danya K. began a professional career in broadcast production at DraftFCB after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California and an additional qualification in Journalism and Cinema-television from Instituto Internacional de Madrid.
