Dr Ridwana Chowdhury

Dr. Ridwana Chowdhury is a Senior Scientist in Translational Medicine at UCB, with a robust background in translational medicine and regenerative medicine. Previously, Dr. Chowdhury served as a Translational Medicine Analytical Development Senior Scientist at Evox Therapeutics Ltd, specializing in flow cytometry for mechanistic action and potency assays of engineered exosomes. Prior to this role, Dr. Chowdhury worked as a Research Associate/Post-Doc at Imperial College London, focusing on pharmacological strategies to mobilize stem cells for therapeutic applications. Dr. Chowdhury's academic journey includes a Ph.D. from Cardiff University, where research centered on prostate cancer exosomes and their influence on mesenchymal stem cell differentiation, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution.
