Elise Melon

Elise Melon is a seasoned professional in legal affairs and intellectual property, currently serving as the Head of Policy, Strategy & Ops and the Head of Intellectual Property Policy & Operations at UCB since October 2017. Prior to this role, Elise Melon held significant positions at the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) from September 2012 to September 2017, including Director of Intellectual Property Policy and Senior Manager of Intellectual Property & Trade. Elise Melon holds a Master of Laws in European Law and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe, a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Sciences Po, and a Bachelor of Arts in various disciplines including Law and Political Science from Sciences Po and Charles University.
