Flavio Normando

Flavio Normando is currently the External Engagement Lead at UCB, where they focus on enhancing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement. Previously, they served as a Senior Public Affairs Manager at AbbVie, driving public relations campaigns and fostering relationships with patient associations. Flavio also held roles at Abbott, where they developed marketing strategies and managed communications in various therapeutic areas. They earned a Master's degree in Pharma Administration from LUISS Business School and a degree in Political Science from Sapienza University of Rome.
