Gloria D'Souza

Gloria D'Souza has extensive work experience in the field of clinical research and statistics. Gloria started their career as an Associate Biometrician at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals India Pvt Ltd in 2005 and later worked as a Biometrician. Gloria then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Analyst in 2005 and later became a Senior Analyst. In 2006, they joined Pfizer Pharmaceuticals India Pvt Ltd as a Co-ordinator in Clinical Programming. Gloria then worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Analyst before joining GlaxoSmithKline as an Assistant Manager in 2010. Gloria further progressed in their career by joining Quanticate as a Programming Lead in 2012 and later held roles as Associate Director, Head of Programming and Statistics (India), and Senior Manager - Project Delivery. In 2017, Gloria joined inVentiv Health Clinical as a Principal Statistical Programmer before moving on to the role of Manager. Gloria then transitioned to Syneos Health Clinical Solutions (previously known as INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Senior Principal/Associate Director. Currently, they work at UCB as a Principal Programmer, starting from November 2020.

Gloria D'Souza completed their MSc in Statistics from the University of Mumbai from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their BSc in Statistics from St Xavier's College, Mumbai.
