Helen Tarleton

Helen Tarleton serves as the Director of Employee and Community Engagement at UCB since May 2016, having a robust background in corporate communications across various prominent organizations. At UCB, the role includes developing and implementing internal communications strategies that enhance employee engagement. Previously, at InterContinental Hotels Group, the focus was on leading technology communications and managing global strategies during the transition to Microsoft Office 365. Helen also held significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities ranged from corporate external affairs to leading communications for employee volunteer programs. Other experience includes reputation management for multiple firms at AhmannBoyette, strategic planning at MediTech Media, and account management at Manning Selvage & Lee and Chandler Chicco Agency. Helen holds a BA in Political Science from Miami University.
