Jean-Philippe Castells

Jean-Philippe Castells has extensive experience in project and product portfolio management, currently serving as the Head of Project & Product Portfolio Management at UCB since July 2004. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing project management within IT Global Product, planning, and portfolio management, as well as implementing enterprise portfolio and project management systems. Prior to UCB, roles included consulting and project management for organizations such as CATEP Conseil, CNIM, EDF, Renault Trucks, ASCO, Sanofi-Synthelabo, and CCF, focusing on system customization, integration, and training for portfolio and project management solutions. Jean-Philippe Castells holds a Mastery in Engineering - Project Management from Centrale Méditerranée and an engineering degree in Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse.
