Julien Bourgeois

Julien Bourgeois is an experienced supply chain and operational excellence leader, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain Programs & Governance at UCB since January 2020. In this role, Julien emphasizes the development of an Operational Excellence culture and the implementation of strategic planning methodologies. Prior to UCB, Julien held various managerial positions at Toyota Motor Europe from 2005 to 2020, overseeing engine projects, supplier development, and business reform, achieving significant improvements in supplier performance and project delivery. Early career experiences include roles at Continental, DELPHI, and VALEO, focusing on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and process engineering. Julien holds education credentials from Munster Technological University and Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
