Mark Hardmon is a seasoned Global Program Management Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Medical Devices and Biotechnology industry. They have successfully delivered complex, large-scale global projects and new product developments, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives. Notable achievements include significant cost reductions through site consolidations at Integra Life Sciences and Organogenesis, as well as the successful integration of acquired product portfolios. Currently, Mark serves as the Head of US PMO at UCB while pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
