Maxime Gravel

Maxime Gravel is an experienced professional in quality assurance and bioprocess engineering, currently serving as the Head of Global Quality Leads - Assets at UCB since June 2013, with prior roles including Associate Director and Manager of Global Quality Biologics. Maxime has extensive expertise in QA oversight of late-stage CMC development, regulatory submissions, and operational management of CMOs. Previous experiences at Novartis involved ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements as a QA Manager MSAT and providing technical support as a Biotech Process Specialist. Maxime's early career included roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Genentech, focused on process validation and optimization in biopharmaceutical production. Maxime holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioprocess Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
