Micah Dyson

Micah Dyson has extensive experience in talent operations and global mobility, currently managing the employment life cycle for the US Internship program at UCB since July 2020. Prior to this, Micah worked at Spencer Thomas Group, providing support for expatriate and global relocation programs, and at The Coca-Cola Company in various roles, including Global Mobility Compensation Lead and Payroll Manager, contributing to payroll execution for thousands of employees and overseeing expatriate payroll and compliance across multiple countries. Micah temporarily paused the career to focus on family and civic activities from 2016 to 2018, and started in the industry as an International HR Administrator at The Coca-Cola Company, where significant changes in HR processes were implemented. Micah holds a Master's degree in Integrated Project Delivery Systems and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
