Pietro Profeta Msc. MBA currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Enterprise Risk Management at UCB, overseeing global risk management initiatives and strategy. Previously, Pietro held multiple leadership roles at SBM Offshore, including Head of Business Risk Management, where responsibilities encompassed the enhancement of risk management frameworks and compliance with corporate governance standards. As the Group Risk and Compliance Manager, Pietro designed and implemented enterprise risk management procedures, aligning them with strategic priorities. Other roles at SBM Offshore included Senior Risk Analyst and HSSE Manager, focusing on strategic risk evaluation and operational safety, respectively. Earlier experience includes project management and HSSE activities at Saipem, complemented by entrepreneurship as a co-founder of Manna. Educationally, Pietro holds multiple MBA degrees, including from Rotterdam School of Management and Georgetown University.
