Richard Martz

Richard Martz, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations for the Americas at UCB since July 2014, where responsibilities include defining and implementing compensation and benefit policies and overseeing HR Operations. Previous experience includes holding the position of Head of Global Total Rewards at Unisource Worldwide, Inc., and Director of Global Compensation at Novelis, where Richard developed compensation strategies and led global performance management. Other notable roles include Compensation Manager at Mueller Water Products, Head of Executive Compensation at ING, and Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates. Richard holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
