Sakinah Khan

Sakinah Khan is a seasoned talent acquisition and operations professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager for the UK and Ireland at UCB since March 2020, Sakinah also holds the position of Global Integrated Talent Advisor at Randstad Sourceright. Prior to UCB, Sakinah worked at Clinical Professionals from August 2016 to March 2020, where roles included Manager of Data Science, Market Access & Biostatistics and Senior Consultant in Market Access, HEOR & Biostatistics. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at Black Swan Group from August 2015 to June 2016. Sakinah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Radiotherapy and Oncology from the University of Hertfordshire.
