Sophie Glatt

Head Of Translational Medicine, Vice President at UCB

Sophie Glatt has a strong background in translational medicine, clinical pharmacology, and research. Sophie started their career as a research scientist at Serono and EMF consulting in 2000 and later worked as a research scientist at Eli Lilly from 2004 to 2009. Sophie then joined UCB Pharma as an Associate Director and later became the Director of M&S in the Global Exploratory Development department. Sophie then moved to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where they served as the Director of Lead Clinical Pharmacology from 2010 to 2013. Sophie then briefly joined NovImmune as the Head of Clinical Pharmacology in 2013 before returning to UCB as the Director of M&S. Over the years, Sophie has held various senior leadership roles at UCB, including Senior Director of Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology and Emerging Solution Lead. Sophie is currently the Head of Translational Medicine and Vice President at UCB, leading the organization's efforts in this field.

Sophie Glatt holds a PhD in PK/PD trial simulation from Universite Rene Descartes Paris V.
