Tero Laulajainen

Tero Laulajainen has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tero currently serves as the Vice President - Head Global Clinical Science and Operations at UCB, where they are responsible for creating and executing strategies to change the clinical operations ecosystem, establish patient-centric working models, and ensure industry-leading efficiency. Prior to UCB, Tero held leadership positions at Roche, Novartis, Eli Lilly and Company, and Orion Corporation, where they contributed to the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies.

Tero Laulajainen studied Biochemistry at the University of Helsinki until 1992. Tero then pursued Health Economics & Outcomes Research at the University of York. In addition, they studied Business Finance at Harvard Business School.
