Thomas Lamoureux

Thomas Lamoureux is an experienced professional in quality assurance and pharmaceutical manufacturing, currently serving as Vendor Quality Lead Bio DS at UCB since January 2024. Thomas founded Q-Force, a consultancy company, in December 2022, where operations as a freelancer commenced in January 2023. Prior to these roles, Thomas held the position of QA Manager and QP/RP deputy at Will Pharma from February 2023 to January 2024, and served as the Lessines Site Qualified Person at Takeda in Belgium from January 2019 to January 2023. Thomas also accumulated extensive experience at Shire as QA Manager - Contract Manufacturing and UCB, where responsibilities included leading teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in audits and inspections. Earlier in his career, Thomas worked as a Project Management Consultant at Akka Technologies. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor of Pharmacy with a focus on Analytical Chemistry from the University of Liège.
