Tim Shaffer

Tim Shaffer is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical sales industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Area Manager for UCB, Tim leads sales efforts across a 15-state Central Region of the United States, focusing on rheumatology and gastroenterology. Tim's previous roles at Johnson & Johnson/Centocor Ortho Biotech include significant management positions where accolades such as the National Sales Manager of the Year Award and multiple Presidents Club Awards were earned. Tim has also developed expertise in managed markets and reimbursement processes throughout a distinguished career that began with roles at Abbott, Muro Pharmaceutical, and RJR Nabisco. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Political Science from The Ohio State University.
