Veronique Toully has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Veronique began their career at JND-Developpement in 1994, where they worked as a Partner until 2003.
In 2004, Veronique joined UCB and held various positions. Veronique started as the Vice President of Global Pricing Reimbursement Access and held this role until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Vice President of Global Patients, Payers and Providers (G3P).
Veronique then took on the role of Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand at UCB from 2010 to 2012. Veronique subsequently became the Managing Director for China from 2013 to 2015 and then the Managing Director for China and the Pacific Rim from 2015 to 2017.
In 2017, Veronique transitioned to a different domain and became the Vice President and Head of Mission for New Epilepsy Subpopulations at UCB until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Vice President and Global Head of Sustainability at the company. Currently, Veronique holds the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sustainability, Corporate Affairs and Risks at UCB, starting in January 2023.
Veronique Toully holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ecole nationale vétérinaire de Nantes, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Veronique later pursued a Post-graduate diploma in Health Economics at the University of York from 2003 to 2004. In 1992 to 1994, Veronique completed an MBA at HEC Paris. Veronique also obtained a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Veronique is enrolled in The Board Director's Programme at Henley Business School, starting in 2022.
