Wendy Kerselaers is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as a Global Submission Project Manager at UCB, Wendy oversees regulatory submissions across multiple regions, streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency. Previously, Wendy held the role of Chief Executive Officer at a non-profit organization, further showcasing leadership capabilities. Over an 18-year tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Wendy advanced through various project management roles, managing clinical trial activities and statistical analysis across diverse therapeutic areas. Wendy holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Biostatistics and a Licentiaat in Social and Cultural Anthropology, and has actively participated in initiatives to improve feline welfare through board membership at the Feline Welfare Foundation.
