Mark Owens

Mark Owens is an experienced professional in the water and wastewater treatment industry, currently serving as Senior Water/Wastewater Treatment Sales Manager at UCC Environmental since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Industrial Water/Wastewater Project Manager at HDR, where expertise was provided to industrial clients. Mark's extensive career includes significant positions such as Senior Bid Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions and Plant Manager at Water Recovery, Inc., where management of industrial wastewater treatment and biodiesel manufacturing occurred. Mark's engineering background includes roles as Project Engineer at Concurrent Technologies Corporation and Eastern Research Group, as well as experience in civil engineering at Incirlik Air Force Base. Mark holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
