Samer Ibrahim

Samer Ibrahim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and operations sectors. Since June 2011, Samer has held multiple executive positions at UCC Holding, including Chief Executive Officer, Area Managing Director, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Director of Engineering and Procurement, among others. Prior to this, Samer served as Projects Coordinator at TOEC and CPC, and as Team Leader at AABCO. Samer holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Al Baath University, completed between 2000 and 2004.
