Paul Yankey

Paul Yankey is a seasoned sales leader and educator with extensive experience at prominent companies such as Cisco, Salesforce, Dell, and Polycom. They served as the Director of Corporate Sales at Dell, leading a high-performing sales team responsible for $500M in annual revenues. As the founder and chairman of SWL Consulting and Foundation, Paul provides global advisory services and supports initiatives focused on mental health and professional development. They currently serve as a professor of Ethical Marketing and Innovation at UCCS College of Business and are a columnist for the Southern Colorado Business Forum & Digest. Paul holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a certificate in Positive Psychology in Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
